From our Pastor
Hello Friend, Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our website. If you have visited us at Nazareth Community Church, are a perspective member of our church, or are just curious about what our church has to offer, then I hope that what you see here will shed some light on the wonderful things that God is doing here at NCC.
As pastor of NCC, I have watched our congregation grow since we began to meet in 2007. We have grown in number, but more importantly we have grown in spirit. We have seen God move within this congregation in unordinary ways that are quite remarkable for the time period that we live in. God has allowed us to witness the salvation of those who were lost; the rededication of believers who have renewed their commitment to Christ, and the baptism of believers who have been obedient to his word. God has allowed us to witness hundreds of people who have changed their lives and their walk with him in these ways.
We are a “Bible Church”, which uses the inspired Word of God as our authority, in how we are supposed to conduct ourselves as Christians, and as a church body. The purpose of our church is to “Glorify God” in all that we do. We understand that we are not here to promote our church, we are here to promote and Glorify God Almighty, and Jesus Christ, who is the head of our church. This church is a body of believers who have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior, and are trying to grow closer to God on an everyday basis.
We understand that God has adopted us as his children, and we meet as often as we can, in order to strengthen the body of Christ that he has given us. God has also given us numerous mission opportunities to spread His love throughout our community and throughout the world, so we strive to be mission minded in our ministry. He allows us to minister to the children of Nazareth Children’s Home, and to residents of our community, and to various mission groups throughout the world.
We have been blessed with an outstanding youth program which is very active, and a children’s ministry which offers exciting activities that the children love to be involved in, and wonderful leaders in both areas. We have truly been blessed, and we are thankful to God for the mighty work that he is doing among us. We want to welcome you to visit and experience the presence of God that he has allowed us to experience here at Nazareth Community Church.
May God Bless You,
Pastor Mike
